  • Orders for digital products, downloadable items, or customized/personalized products cannot be cancelled once placed, as these are created or shared exclusively for you.

3. Refunds on Cancelled Orders

  • If your order is successfully cancelled before shipping, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank/UPI details to process the refund.

4. Cancellation
